ok i just got back from oc and i programed oc police and didnt hear a thing can anyone shead some light ???

You didn't specify - did you program the OC EDACS system? What radio are you using?

the freq. were 460.150 and 460.325

they are no longer rebroadcasting to the 400mhz.

As TroyMail eludes to, you need to program in the OC EDACS system (trunking);
note, the frequencies need to be entered in the order noted in the database.
