I have been doing some searching through the tv chan 14 and 15 uhf t band (470-482 Mhz) range
and found some local mon & ocean county uhf business repeaters. From the approx 10 second
transmitter pulsing they must be LTR but some i can not hear so well so not sure.

I thought I would put them out here for you local monmouth & ocean county fellas interested in
identifying the local taxi cab companies (mostly) using them which can be half the fun of listening
to some of the mayhem I have been hearing. Best time to listen to them is on friday and saturday
nights when they are most active. See below and have fun ~

Yes, I've noticed this as well when I'm in the Belmar area Saturday nights. Most, if not all are LTR analog trunking. Also, one of the TG's on one of the LTR trunked systems is actually analog voice inversion (donald duck type)! Like you said, most of the taxi companies are really active in the Summer season between 10 pm through 4 am. Also, it's always good to search those low power VHF and UHF "DOT/MURS" frequencies.
