I'm not sure what is going on down there in OC and how it came to this.
Sounds on the surface a clash of egos between paid and the volunteers.
I figure and hope something will be worked out soon.

I believe it is between the council and the volunteers. The volunteers have been lied to and stabbed in the back by the council so many times. They have been lied to right to there faces,
