The call was dispatched about 10 minutes ago as a Armed subject w/ gun 10-16 related. Father was holding a gun to mothers head as the daughter called 911. Shots were then fired. Officers arrive on scene to find that the armed subject is a Denton, MD police officer named Roy Vanderbuilt(sp?). Subject eventually comes out with hands up. County officers then shot a dog.
