This signals final P-1 acceptance and thus loading of it phase wide. Natchez region is the final region in P-1 so now youll start getting action. Loading is occuring in the same manner buildout occurred. Except of course in P-2A... Where MedCom was loaded even before acceptance of P-1 was done. This was done so that MedCom can get online and active asap. P-2A acceptance will be happening over first of summer, and P-2B by early fall.... As for the rest... Well that depends on FEMA's lil stumbling block. P-2 is now close to an year behind as for getting built out do to that. Site finding, acceptance and development can happen, but NO NEW CONSTRUCTION until FEMA gets done messing up the plan.
If this roadblock had not happened, P-2B would be finished, P-2C would be well under way, and site prep for sites in P-3A would be happening. The whole project now will be at LEAST an year to 18 months behind. This may change by June as Hurricane season starts up again and real pressure to go to full speed on certain areas gets put on.
As for loadout, Expect P-1 to be fully loaded and rolling by fall for state agencies..., and at least P-2A, possibly B also due to hurricane season. A few subscribers may get to start testing etc,.. But full subscription loading can NOT happen till MSWIN part 2 which won't even take bids until P-3 is underway.
As far as the areas that the state will put on priority to get done, the ENTIRE I-20/Highway 80 corridor from the LA line to the AL line is an evac route. In P-3 the ENTIRE I-55/Highway 51 corridor to Memphis will be priority, followed by Highway 49 North, and the Highway 61 corridor.
