Ohio Folks

Hey all!

I'm new to this site and the forums in general. I recently purchased a scanner and i've been trying to make a favorites list. The info that i would like to have i can't seem to find. I'm looking at Ross County in Ohio to monitor LE and Fire/EMS. The only thing is that there's info for fire, but there's no LE minus one or 2 frequencies. Does anyone know if LE in Ross county is encrypted? I can't seem to find that out.
