Uniden has map of ProVoice locations and it looks there there are a couple in the Dayton area. Unfortunately the dots marking their locations on the map is a bit on the course side and it's hard to pinpoint it any better. As far as I know the map may not even be accurate because I have not been able to find any ProVoice systems in the Dayton area in the RR database.

Does anyone know if there are any ProVoice in that area?

Thanks,

I don’t see any EDACS systems at all in the Montgomery county.

EDACS is mostly being phased out elsewhere in the few places it does still exist.

The City of Springfield (26 miles NE of Dayton) used to used Provoice until they switched to MARCS a few years back. There is no other Provoice use in this area.

No, there is not. Only users of Provoice around Dayton were Greene County to the east, Springfield to the northeast and (possibly) Miami County to the north, but all of those systems have been retired.

Fayette County is the only EDACS system left in SW Ohio that I know of, and I don't think they ever used any Provoice. That system is also nearly dead and buried; all of the public safety users have gone to MARCS, and the only users left may be a couple of public service agencies.

That's what I was beginning to think.
Thanks all.
