I haven't got a response on my Butel thread, so maybe I can ask this a different way. If I don't have Butel to use, is there a way to backup the system and group data on the 246T so that I can delete it all and then use the space for myself (with the ability to reload everything later if I want). I am getting the ARC246 program, but I'm not sure if it has this capability.

Also, how do I delete all of the systems and groups in bulk?

I got some responses on the other thread that were helpful, so I don't need assistance with the clone utility now.

I'm still trying to figure out how to delete all of the preprogrammed frequencies, though. Should I do a reset to do that, or is there a way just to delete those programs?

Open the software using explore, go to the file where the systems are stored and copy those systems you don't want to another folder so the scanner utility won't read it when it finds systems available for upload to the scanner... then send the systems you want to the scanner... Had I not deleted the preprogrammed systems there wouldn't be space for all the systems I have stored in the radio....
