Found some old scanner recordings from 1997-1999. Figured some fellow Oregonians would appreciate some analog EPD/LCSO/JunctionCity/Corvallis PD recordings.

Thank you for post on You tube. Great to hear the old systems. Lot neat unkey tones. I got my first scanner in late 1997 and listened them lot when in Eugene.
