can anyone tell me what onondaga fire is going to do with there 800 sys.

The system went off the air for good in July.

The old 800 system doesn't really belong to Onondaga County. Has JPJ abandoned those frequencies?

JPJ takes care of Oneida County's 800 system(s). Bush Electronics leased and maintained the 800 system for Onondaga County. Sadly, all sites are inactive; control channels are now silent.

I have come across a Bush Electronics EDACS control channel on 854.2375 (KNNK692). However, there are no other frequencies on the license, so I am unable to monitor. There would have to be other frequencies to the system wouldn't there?
