OP25 help??

I am new to SDR radio and trying to figure out OP25 I think I have it set up correctly but a lot of channels are still encrypted. I thought that OP25 decoded P25, am I doing something wrong or is there something I might be missing??

I have been looking for answers but can not find one, sorry if this question has already been asked

Nothing is going to let you listen to encryption. It will decode P25 just fine but encryption is not decodable for the lay person
So enjoy the un-encrypted channels

Yup, there's a big difference between "decode" and "decrypt". Both are essentially bit manipulations, but decryption requires knowledge of the encryption key, while decoding can be accomplished simply by utilizing various forward error correction functions (such as BCH, RS, Trellis) and voice coding standards.
