OPPD Talkgroup 1546

Anyone know what they use this talkgroups for?
Heard a couple of short transmissions. Could not tell what the TG is used for.

Correction it is TG 1564. Sounds like security, but not for sure.

I've heard it a few times, but haven't heard enough information to be able to tell what they use it for.

I've heard both security related and sub power station repair conversations. Could it be an overflow channel when the rest of the channels are busy?
