I have a radio shack pro-95 scanner and had OCFRD on and working til recently. do I need to buy a new scanner or reprogram?

How long ago did you program it? They rebanded not too long ago. I think you need to start fresh and use the latest RR database. They are working....

I put in the new freqs from the reband a few weeks ago. I will retry but i had read somewhere that my particular scanner might not work with the rebanding

Sorry, you are right. I does not take rebanding per RR Wiki. Going to have to go with a Pro-96 or other.
