Need more input.
do you have all the control channels programmed?
Some of Orange County areas are digital encrypted think the county it self is not encrypted just yet. What scanner do you have maybe I can set it up for you if I have the right software
Only a couple of OCSO talkgroups are encrypted but havent heard about the county moving to digital yet
