Orange Police on MSP TRS?

Just got a few hits on the MSP 800 MHz Motorola TRS for what sounds like Orange, MA Police Department or MSP in that area. A call about an alarm going off at North Quabbin Antiques and another about illegal trash dumping on Rt. 78.

"29-4 Shelburn control", "29-4 Shelburn Control", "Control someone calling?", "Sir I have you out in front of? on Rt. 78 in front of what Sir?", "Just in the area, report of illegal dumping"

So it would appear this is either the local PD in Orange or maybe some other wide-area dispatch center for "Shelburn Control". Could it be the Shelburn barracks of MSP (Troop B-2)?

Orange PD is on the MSP Trunk. Orange PD and Rehobeth PD are the two loan ranger Departments on the MSP Trunk aside from the Cape Depts. Orange PD has been on the system for as long as I can remember. I believe on the Smart Zone #8

Typically only heard on 2-3 C-Troop Zones.
IF I recall it is 10, not sure if they pop up on 8 anymore

Hear somewhat on site 15 and every once in a while on site 16. My guess is site 10, as mentioned, which is blocked for me, gets majority.
