check this out i turned on the orleans levee board channel today ,and well ,3and 4, are operating on one of there channels,do you think this is a patch or what do ya think it is,.
What i do know is there suppose to be going to the latie system to but right now there working off of 854.287,but 3,4 are working off of 859.387.Maybe someone else can monitor it and let us know...just now they were talking about losing power to the lakefront airport the place is without power ...

orleans levee dist

this is a patch to nopd disp 3, which is normally nopd districts 3 and 4 dispatch.
dist. 3 includes the lakefront which is primarily what levee board patrols and where hq is located.
