Hello
Is anyone familiar with the Ohio Marcs system as used by the Ohio State Highway Patrol? What's the best way to scan it? Is all the necessary info here on radioreference? And is it extremely hard to program? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

You will need a digital scanner to receive the OSP. It is called the MARCS system in Ohio, and yes the info for programing is here in the Database. There is plenty of info on programing both here in the forums and in the Wiki.
