Other apps taking and reusing Broadcastify Streams

This app uses a Muskegon County node (1354) from Broadcastify calls and restreams it. Is that legal? They even copied its description and used that on the app too...

Legal in which sense? Broadcastify itself licenses access to their data through paid API licensing ( https://broadcastify.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204740025-Integrating-Feeds ), so as long as that app (Feels kinda slimy and appears to be doing more thieving from Gordon Edwards Scanner Radio popularity than from Broadcastify, but that's my .02) has paid Broadcastify then there is nothing illegal going on. Providing audio to Broadcastify is entirely voluntary and you agree that they may re-sell and license the audio that you provide to them as they see fit.
