Has Public Safety for the most part moved to Project hoosier Safety system.
had a couple calls today on had a analog scanner cant hear them the other had a pro 96 said he also cant hear them .

Owen county has gone mostly to SAFE-T except for fire an ambulance dispatch and some traffic on 159.090 repeater.As a Certified Owen County Weather spotter I run my PRO-2055 24/7.If I had a digital receiver I would be in hog heaven.
