Can someone tell me what could be wrong with my pro 164 not picking up Ozaukee county. I bought the new cable from RS that comes with 2 free downloads off of Butel. I had the scanner programmed by hand for Sheboygan and tried to do Ozaukee by had but before I had the cable and software. Well because of the Sheboygan rebanding the scanner never worked right when trunk scanning. I was told that I needed the software to correct it and now Sheboygan works perfectly while trunking.

I put Ozaukee in bank one and it it set to scan edacs system. It's set up with the frequencies in order like this:

100-856.7125
101-856.7625
102-857.7125
103-857.7625
104-858.7125
105-858.7625
106-859.7125
107-859.7625
108-860-7125

It says it's trunk scanning and if I push it to manual I can hear them talking some times. Am I missing a frequency or something?

Again it was programmed using Butel and it seemed to be quite easy. Sheboygan works perfectly now but I can't get OZ to work correctly. All channels are set to ED as well. Also I pick up the control channel at 97% or better usually.

One thing I forgot is some times it will stop on a channel like it's receiving something but I don't hear anything. It will say car to car or jail or patch but nothing is being said. I just turned it to manual and could hear dispatch talking so I quickly moved through the channels in manual and found the other channel that it switched too when dispatch stopped talking so it appears it working some what but doesn't follow. It's just sits on a channel and blinks but no talking so coming through.
