Yes but ... for most people it works very poorly (if at all) on simulcast systems, which I believe most Phase II systems are.

Before anyone asks, *yes* I have one, and *no* it does not work on the local Phase II systems AT ALL. I've tried. More than once. So I use it to scan other things.
