I have a new 996T and I am programming in the Colorado Statewide P25 system. I am use to the pro-96 scanner that stays locked on a CC until it loses it and then it searches its banks for a freq with another active CC.

So far, my 996T will listen to a active CC and then will move off to the others in the profile that are not locked out. I have tried setting the delay hold feature for the site and that will keep the site up whether it has a active CC or not for what ever the specified delay time is.

Is there a feature or setting that I am missing somewhere to cause this radio to act like the pro96 when scanning multi site p25 systems?

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not real familiar with the 996T multi-site setup, but I can tell you for sure that the Pro-96 does not operate the way you state. It scans all active banks for all CCh's all the time, it never "locks on a CCh" to the exclusion of any others programmed. It may be that it just can't hear them so you think that is the way it is operating.
