P25 trunk

Sorry for the silly question but.....I am trying to wrap this programming my sds100 around my head.

In order for a p25 trunk system TGID to broadcast I need a frequency in that FL also , correct?

In order for a Conv sytem to broadcast all I need is that frequency in my FL, Correct?
