PA STARNet: P25 in Central Pennsylvania?

Does anyone know if there are any active STARnet frequencies in Centre and Clearfield Counties? I haven't had success in finding any activity in this area.

There are two VHF sites in Centre County, and one VHF site in Clearfield County (with a second site probably already online, but not yet confirmed). They are all listed in the database.
