Pa State Pd

Could anyone please tell me if the State Pd posat in Washington still uses their vhf radios or have they went to their new state radios.

There is little official infromation on the progress of the cutover from VHF to OpenSky, however, it seems that PSP is using the OpenSky for special events, etc., and still using the VHF for daily operations and dispatch. All PSP vehicle are equipped with an OpenSky mobile and a VHF mobile at this point.

If you are refering to washington county out in western PA. I highly doubt they are on opensky. The system is only data on the western part of the state. I dont believe the infastructure is fully built out to support voice.
