go to a local FD and ask the Chief / Capitan / "whacker" with 3 minitors 
lol seriously, someone at the local FD should know. I see you are Deputy 7, if your actually a deputy chief, you can possibly go to the county eoc and ask their radio tech. He/she has a giant list of tones and codes for every FD in the county. Hope I could help and 73
