The question was asked over on the Arizona Scanner Enthusiasts FB group, if Paradise Valley PD has gone fully encrypted? Apparently, the OP has not heard any activity from them in awhile.

I live in Peoria, and I don't have any outside antennas, so I don't believe I can pick up Simulcast H, which I assume is the simulcast that they're on. (They may also be on Simulcast B.)

Does anyone know for sure?

I also can't hear Simulcast H (Anyone want to host a receiver?), but can report that Simulcast B has played 103 calls in the clear on TG 3696 in the past/rolling 24 hours. I realize that may be only roaming traffic, with just: 6 calls this hour, 4 calls the previous hour, and zero calls the hour before that.

Hope this helps,

Hello all, I heard Paradise Valley PD early in the AM in the clear from South Scottsdale, but on Saturday night Scottsdale PD moved all there radio traffic off there regular channels to there encrypted TAC channel, so something is up, but Paradise Valley PD also not very busy
