As I understand the psr600 has a "patch" feature. The fire dispatcher here in Omaha, Ne dispatches on two different channels, one for fire and the other one for medical since an engine company is always sent on medical calls. I used to see the indication "ptch" in place of the "tgrp". I am not seeing the patch indication at all now. Is there any type of setting I may have accidently shut off that would prevent the receiving of patches from taking place??

It should work if the patch still exists. Did anything change on the system your listening to? Maybe you should post a message to your home state forum to see if others have experienced this problem.

A patch is done by the dispatcher, they can be for 5 minutes, an hour or for whatever time they need the patch. Unless you know for sure that patch is done 24 hours a day, it may just not be enabled at this time because they don't need it enabled. If it is enabled you should see it on the display.
