PCR’s for EMT’s

I used to be an EMT many many moons ago on Long Island. I have since ended up in Texas. There is no prescribed document in this state to document pre-hospital care. I am currently enrolled in a EMT course at the local community college. Is there somewhere I can download a sample of the NY PCR to show my instructor?

go to google and type prehosptal care report and find a pdf file and open it

Although I don't know of an online copy of the NYS PCR version 5, there are some resources that may be able to help you. Below are links to the NYS DOH Bureau of EMS Policies on PCR's and EMSTAR's PCR manual online.

the nys pcrs are offical documents. I dont know if youll be able to get your hands on it. Maybe if your agency has them you can sneak a peak or cop a feel ???????
