I have a few questions that maybe someone might know the answer to.

I've noticed that while listening to Cabarrus county and Charlotte police Depts.
not only do they use 10 codes but something called Signal codes.
Would anyone happen to have a list of these?

Also, I've heard them use the term " PVA ". They always refer to it like this.
waiting in the PVA. What is this ( parking lot ) ?

Thanks

Signal codes diffier from place to place but most departments use NCSHP signal codes
These are the most common:

1- Suspect Armed
8- Equiment Ready
13- DL Suspended
14- DL Suspended for other than DUI
26- DCI Out of Service

The other signals are HP spec.

And yes PVA is a parking lot
