hey everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I just had a quick general question about the Department of transportation for Pennsylvania so I’ve been listening to district 6 on. pa starNet but I haven’t heard really much activity other than the towing channel and primary when they say good morning and sign on announcing the truck they’re using now when I look on broadcastify on a couple channels that you can hear on there you really don’t see that they talk much. Is there any action besides just the towing channels do I hear these other channels more so in the winter when there’s snow? please drop me a line. Let me know. Thank you.

Yes, they use their maintenance TGID's, I've heard quite a bit of line painting on D6 & D8 recently.
oh my gosh, yes me too. I was at work today and getting such a kick out of it. I think even my manager at the gas station was smiling and thought it was funny. I was listening to it 😹

Don't forget the MURS/FRS/GMRS freqs. Here in Berks Co they've been heard on:

Yes, hear those alot also, I have a p25 one freq set up, good way to know road work is occurring close by.
