How do you lockout a frequency that retains the lockout status when you turn it off and back on, on the Psr-500? I always press lockout and it locks it out, but when I turn it back on it resets all the lockouts and it gets annoying having to lock them all then turning it off and it resets all the lockouts.

To apply permanent lockout to an object, press FUNC, then the L/
OUT key while the scanner is stopped on that object during scan
operation, or navigate to an object using the 5-way pushbutton
pad while in Manual Mode or PGM mode and press FUNC, then
the L/OUT key.

This can also be reversed by changing "TLO=FUNC L/O" to Yes in the GLOB menu.
