What's the Phila "M" used for?

M is Municipal/City Wide..overflow for sporting events,traffic posts..ive hear LCB units on M..
where J is citywide LAW..flash,,commanders cutting in/out..
and T carried aa great deal of the city's TOM/Traffic and Truck Enf..

M is,from what ive heard,more or less lesser priority/general use for the PPD police needs..
