I found the following frequency 451.8750 which appears to be part of an LTR trunk system FCC Callsign WPMD419 Details
451.8750 is LCN 2 and talkgroup 0-02-010 is Physicians ambulance. I have not picked up anything else.
This might be the rest of the LCN map?
