Pierre Frequencies

Hi,

I just joined rhe RR.com forums and puchased a premium membership so I could download? the frequencies. I checked out the Hughes co frequencies but hardly see anything listed. Does this list just the digital frequenies? How about the old working analog freguencies out there yet?

I am trying to get the RS 20-546 cable to interface my PRO-197 scanner with the computer but can't find a cable. Once I do get the cable, I'll download the software and attempt to program in my local freqencies. RS did load some frequencies and I am able to listen to state radio, SD Dept of Transportation maintenance, River Cities Transit and some others that I am guessing are digital.

Once I get the cable and software going, is there anyone here would be willing to help a novice get things up and running? If so, drop me an email at dvoeltz@gmail.com

Feel free to download the three types of software for your unit. You will find the one that fits you the best.

Start downloading from the Database and playing around with everything. The learning curve is huge on these new scanners. If you program by hand. Have a drink in the other hand.
