Pigeon Forge area

My wife and I have rented a cabin in Pigeon Forge for an upcoming vacation. I was wondering what county that's in, and if the information here on the RR database is correct for that area. I want to program my scanner ahead of time, and whether there's trunking in the area or not will help me decide which scanner I will bring with me. Thanks in advance.

Seiver - Mix of Conventional and LTR for Public Safety

All public safety except for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are on the UHF LTR

Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are conventional

Gatlinburg FD/PD and Pigeon Forge PD use UHF
Pigeon Forge FD uses VHF

The database is 97 percent up-to-date for Sevier County.
Some of the update have yet to be posted.
