Please help with Brevard County rebanding...

Can someone please help me find anyone in south Brevard County that can reprogram my Uniden 369T handheld. Last yr Scanner Master programed my new radio. I just moved to Palm Bay from Merritt Island and unpacked my scanner to find I get nothing due to the rebanding. I used to be a FF/EMT for BCFR and I really miss keeping track of my fellow brothers. I would rather pay someone local to fix the problem then to send it back to Scanner Master. I tried doing it myself, but I can't seem to get the info to download into the radio. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks...........
