They have moved to the ICIS and use a digital talkgroup for dispatch and everything else seems to be encrypted. The VHF patch is still use CSQ last time I checked.

Can anyone help me to program the LA ICIS into a bcd396? I have tried several combinations with the control channels and custom band plans and have yet to be able to hear anything. Not familier with band pland configs. and such. Thanks
