I found 166.200 operating in the clear and encrypted (90% in the clear) with a lot of conversation about inspecting containers being unloaded from ships (Ro/Ro and Lo/Lo) in the Port of Miami . They are doing "scans", "inspections" and calling in container numbers to be x-rayed. It seems like an ICE frequency. Also I can see a bunch of ICE pursuit boats putting around Government Cut this morning as well.

Anyone else have any input as to what this freq is?

It's one of the original CBP Pairs

Most ports have a CBP presence to Scan in-bound and out-bound Cargo.

Boston uses TAC-25 for this type of OPS with the XRAY Scanning truck that scans the Cargo Containers as well as the Radiation detection equipment. Miami uses CBP NET-27

Last month I caught that channel in operations constantly.
