I think you are asking if you can connect a Bluetooth audio device to the RPi to hear your op25 audio. If this is the question then the answer is yes you can. It's done not with op25 but in the configuration of your Linux sound devices.
You can either redirect your RPi to output using raspi-config tool or tell op25 to use a different audio device using the "-O <alsa device name>" command line parameter.
