just purchased pre 500 having trouble getting OPP to work.was able to get ottawa fire to work but no luck with OPP any help would be great..

If your not using software, try this:

Win500: PSR-500, PSR-600, PRO-106, PRO-197, PSR-310, PSR-410 Scanner Software for Data Management, Monitoring, and Control
