Premium subscription not activated

I am a feed provider (new) and I downloaded Win500. I am attempting to retrieve frquencies from the database with the software however it will not allow me to do so becuase it states that I am not a premium subscriber, could you please assist. Once I download the proper frequencies forom the database to the scanner it will be back online within a reasonable amount of time.

Your feed has to be online in order for you to receive the premium. So i guess just start the feed with something (just so its online) and download from win500 then resume your feed.
