President hr2510 radio moded question

Would anyone know if this rig was chipswitched? It show bands a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h, and i. If it was chipswitched it should have bands that are numbered. Does this help to tell us if its been moded. BAND D is 40 channels of CB. ANY help would be great. Thanks Ron
