Right now, only Obama and Clinton have secret service protection.

I have seen both motorcades this week. Both have two HP cruisers, plus multiple secret service tahoes, etc. HP in the upstate has been using their special ops TG when they move around. I have noted some P25 activity on Secret Service Baker 165.7875. A slew of uniformed SS officers were also at the events to operate metal detectors, all carrying radios, but I was unable to determine a frequency of those radios.

i will be working today, but i this saturday i plan to travel around some with the radios and see if i can catch some non-encrypted convo's....

Isn’t it ironic that Obama wants a federal ban on concealed weapons permits yet he is being protected by people with concealed weapons? Seems to me he wants to use the Second Amendment for his protection but not for the people voting for him.

Like most of the hollywood and political elite, he thinks of himself as above and beyond the common man. I was told that there would be no Patriot Act and no war in Iraq if the democrats had gained the white house. My reply was that we would have gotten another draconian attack on the Second Amendment and our taxes would have shot up again. I think that is it ironic that the Democrats kill babies in the womb, while the Republicans et them grow up to be cannon fodder. The end result is the same. Neither really has our best interest at hand.
