Priority on 785 & 796

I have both a 785 & 796 and notice from time to time the conversations will be interupted. When I check the priority settings, it almost always shows that priority is enabled. I reset to off, and then a few minutes later the same situation. Any one else have this quirk?

Is it being interupted by the priority channel even when its disabled? Try changing the priority channel and see if the new priority channel interupts it. Haven't seen that issue yet. I have a couple 780's and a 796D and the priority function works quite well for what it is. I miss the priority function on the newer models.
