Pro 106 and Virginia Stars

I live in central VA and am trying to program the scanner using the ARC500 software. Now I have figured out the talkgroups but am having difficulty with the Trunk system information. Now do u use P25 auto or p25 manual and can u use multible freq in the select freq for the different areas of coverage.
