I believe it means you have a trunk object that isn't associated with a trunk system. There are a few threads in here about it.

When I press the program button I get a beep and the following error message :
Heap error
21CE1F : 21D5
How do I determine what a Heap error means and How do I clear it?

Unassigned object.

Per Win500 author Don Starr, this is typically caused by not having a Talkgroup assigned to a TSYS. If you have the Win500 software for the Pro-106, you can quickly find these orphans by doing a sort under the all objects tab. Then review all the Talkgroups and delete (or assign to a TSYS) ) the ones that are not associated with a TSYS. This should resolve the issue

Heap Messages
I am getting a Heap Error message. What is causing this? You have some TGRP objects that are not associated with any TSYS. Associate or delete these TGRP objects and reload.
This is also discussed in this GRE Knowledge Base article

You will find your answer here: http://www.greamerica.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=14

This works for the PSR500/600 and Pro 106
