pro-106 problem

I have a mutisite system programmed in my pro-106 its the nc viper and i have all the control channels i can recieve programmed and sometimes it will stop and motorboat on one of the contol channel like a pro-2096 will do when you have it on a control channel in manual anyone have any ideas whats going on?

Try changing RF SQ fade delay from 10 to 9.
PGM>FUNC>GLOB down three times.

Have you upgraded the scanner to the recent CPU, and DSP firmware updates?
