Curious if there is anyone that can build me a scan list for my pro 106. Wanting to give my scanner to my father in Louisiana since my area in Illinois is now scrambled. Any help or input would be much appreciated, Thank you

A lot of the major Parishes like Jefferson Parish uses encrypted comms.
But Orleans still has some clear channels.

Since so many are big on programming videos, here's some for the 106 (it has several other names...) Note that the PRO-106 is the same as the WS1040- just a different case...
