When I click on the iSCAN icon the software does not load. I click it again and I get an error message that one version is already running and a second can't be run. I am using Windows 7 but had the same problem with Vista. I don't have any problem with Windows XP. How do I fix this problem ?

Also be sure to kill the process prior to trying to re-run the program. Even if you run as admin after the initial error message, your Iscan process is still in memory and will give an error. Use windows taks manager to kill the process that is running, or reboot and then run iScan as Admin.

I ran into the same problem using windows 7. If you go into your "Documents" find the "iSCAN" folder and delete it. Then try running iSCAN again. I did some messing around with the software and found out that it wont open only after I upload my sd card data onto my computer, so just try to avoid doing that.

You must have another problem as many users are able to run the Iscan software on Windows 7 and upload the configuration data from the SD card to the computer.
